The At-Home COVID-19 PCR Test includes a requisition form, collection tube, funnel, single-use alcohol wipe, biohazard bag, FedEx/UPS shipping envelope, and a return shipping label.
The At-Home COVID-19 PCR Test detects the SARS-CoV-2 viral infection via a noninvasive saliva sample.
