This test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, tube labels, a biohazard bag, bandages, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
The Celiac Disease Screening Test detects the presence of four biomarkers that indicate untreated celiac disease. They are DGP IgA, DgP IgG, h-hTG IgA, and h-hTG IgG.
Related symptoms include digestive abnormalities such as diarrhea, bloating, nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, and weight loss as well as non-digestive symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, mouth ulcers, joint pain, loss of bone density, itching, and anemia.
