This test requires you to fast for 12 hours before your phlebotomy appointment. Register your test and schedule an appointment with one of our mobile healthcare professionals. Follow the instructions provided in the instruction card included in your test prior to your appointment.
This test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, bandages, two ice packs, a biohazard bag, barcode tube labels, a padded pouch, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
The Complete General Health Test encompasses eight primary areas of health including your energy levels, lipid profile, electrolytes, kidney health, liver health, bone health, thyroid health, and blood content analysis. To assess these eight areas, the key biomarkers measured include your Complete Blood Count, Complete Metabolic Panel, HbA1c, High-Density Lipoproteins (HDL), Low-Density Lipoproteins (LDL), Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, TSH, and Vitamin D Levels.
Symptoms that may indicate a need to test your key biomarkers include fatigue, shortness of breath, trouble sleeping, muscle weakness, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, weight loss or gain, loss of appetite, urinating too much or too little, blood sugar instability, high or low blood pressure, headaches, and changes in mood.
