The Comprehensive 208-Panel Food Sensitivity Test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, tube labels, a biohazard bag, bandages, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
