The Drugs of Abuse Screening Test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, bandages, two ice packs, a biohazard bag, barcode tube labels, a padded pouch, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
