The Heart & Diabetes Focused Health Test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, bandages, two ice packs, a biohazard bag, barcode tube labels, a padded pouch, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
The Heart & Diabetes Focused Health Test measures eight key indicators of cardiovascular health including HbA1c, High-Density Lipoproteins (HDL), hs-CRP, Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Potassium, Sodium, Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides.
