The Haled difference

At Haled, convenience and reliability are a perfect pair. That’s because we’re revolutionizing the way digital health testing is done with an on-demand network of certified health professionals. Just order your test, schedule your appointment on our easy-to-use website, and be met in the comfort of your home for a 15-minute, medical-grade health test. Unlike companies that utilize the finger prick method of blood testing, our mobile venipuncture experts and CLIA-accredited labs produce test results that can be accepted by physicians. That’s doctor-grade reliability right at your fingertips. That’s the difference Haled makes.

No preparation is required for this test. Register your test and schedule an appointment with one of our mobile healthcare professionals. Follow the instructions provided in the instruction card included in your test prior to your appointment.
The Thyroid Test contains a requisition form, blood collection tubes, safety needles, tourniquets, a 2×2 piece of gauze, a single-use alcohol wipe, a pair of gloves, bandages, two ice packs, barcode tube labels, a biohazard bag, a padded pouch, a shipping label, and a UPS/FedEx shipping envelope.
The Thyroid Test detects four key thyroid biomarkers, including Free T4, Total T3, Total T4, and TSH.
Related symptoms of hyperthyroidism, or an overactive thyroid, include tiredness and fatigue, unexplained weight loss, anxiety or irritability, increased heart rate, sensitivity to heat, excessive sweating, irregular menstrual cycles, trouble sleeping, eye irritation and vision problems, an enlarged thyroid gland, muscle weakness and tremors, and frequent bowel movements. Related symptoms of hypothyroidism, or an underactive thyroid, include tiredness and fatigue, unexplained weight gain, hair loss, forgetfulness, depression, irregular menstrual cycles, dry or coarse hair and skin, sensitivity to cold, and constipation.
After you register your test by scanning the QR code or visiting and entering the test ID found below the QR code, you will see an option to book a time slot for your at-home appointment.
Haled currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay as well as FSA/HSA payments. We do not accept insurance at this time. All shipping fees as well as the cost of your at-home appointment with a certified healthcare professional are included in the price of your test.
The Thyroid Test is encouraged for all adults experiencing mild to moderate related symptoms or who have a family history of thyroid conditions. Individuals who have an autoimmune disorder, diabetes, iodine deficiency, or who take a medication high in iodine are also at an increased risk of developing thyroid conditions.
